Products Description
LAK Saddle Block Elastic CouplingIt Is A Unique Transmission Component With A Saddle Shaped Elastic Block As Its Core, Suitable For Power Transmission Scenarios With Low To Medium Torque.
Structurally, It Consists Of Two Metal Half Couplings And A Saddle Shaped Elastic Block In The Middle. Half Couplings Are Often Made Of Cast Iron Or Cast Steel And Have Grooves That Match The Saddle Block; Elastic Blocks Are Usually Made Of Polyurethane Material And Designed With Saddle Shaped Protrusions. Torque Transmission Is Achieved By Embedding Them Into The Grooves Of The Half Coupling. No Key Connection Is Required During Installation, And They Are Fixed By Interference Fit, Making Disassembly And Assembly Convenient.
In Terms Of Performance, The Special Structure Of The Saddle Block Gives It Good Elastic Deformation Ability, Which Can Compensate For Axial, Radial, And Angular Deviations, Absorb Vibration Impacts, And Reduce Equipment Operating Noise. Stable Transmission Efficiency, Suitable For Working Conditions With A Speed Of ≤ 3000r/min, Operating Temperature Range Of -30 ℃~80 ℃, And Able To Adapt To General Industrial Environments. Compared To LA Tire Couplings, It Has Slightly Higher Rigidity And Weaker Cushioning Performance, But A More Compact Structure And Lower Cost.
In Terms Of Application, It Is Widely Used In General Equipment Such As Textile Machinery, Printing Equipment, And Conveyor Machinery, Especially Suitable For Transmission Systems With Limited Installation Space And Stable Load, And Is A Choice That Balances Practicality And Economy.
