Products Description
LJElastic Pin CouplingIt Is A Component That Relies On The Elastic Deformation Of Column Pins To Achieve Transmission, Commonly Used In Low To Medium Load Transmission Systems. Its Structure Consists Of Two Flanged Half Couplings, Elastic Column Pins (mostly Made Of Nylon Material), And Baffles. The Half Couplings Are Made Of 45 Steel Or Cast Iron, And The Shaft Ends Are Fixed By Key Connections. The Column Pins Pass Through The Pin Holes Of The Half Couplings At Both Ends To Transmit Torque.
During Operation, The Elastic Deformation Of The Nylon Column Pin Can Compensate For Axial (≤ 2mm), Radial (≤ 0.2mm), And Angular (≤ 1.5 °) Offsets Between The Two Shafts, While Absorbing Vibrations And Buffering Impacts, Providing Better Equipment Protection Than Rigid Couplings. The Transmission Torque Range Is 63~25000N · M, And The Allowable Speed Decreases With The Increase Of The Model. The Minimum Model Reaches 5000r/min, And The Maximum Is About 750r/min. It Is Suitable For Equipment Such As Motors, Reducers, And Conveyors.
The Advantage Lies In Its Simple Structure, Low Cost, Wear-resistant Nylon Column Pins That Do Not Require Lubrication, And Easy Replacement; But The Temperature Resistance Is Generally (-20 ℃~80 ℃), And It Is Prone To Aging At High Temperatures. Installation Must Ensure Alignment Accuracy To Avoid Column Pin Breakage Under Unbalanced Loads. Long Term Use Requires Checking For Column Pin Wear And Baffle Fastening. When Selecting, It Is Necessary To Match The Shaft Diameter, Torque, And Operating Temperature, Which Is An Economical And Practical Choice In Industrial Transmission.
