During Operation, The Nylon Column Pin Undergoes Deformation Compensation For Axial (≤ 2mm), Radial (≤ 0.2mm), And Angular (≤ 1.5 °) Offsets, Providing Vibration Absorption And Buffering; The Brake Wheel Achieves Emergency Braking Through Friction Components, With A Braking Torque Covering 100~25000N · M. Compared To The LJ Type, Its Advantage Is The Integrated Braking Design That Saves Space And Has A Fast Braking Response; Nylon Column Pins Are Lubrication Free And Easy To Replace. But The Brake Wheels Need To Be Regularly Checked For Wear (allowable ≤ 2mm), And The Column Pins Are Resistant To Temperatures Ranging From -20 ℃ To 80 ℃, As High Temperatures Are Prone To Aging. Installation Requires Ensuring Alignment Accuracy And Avoiding Column Pin Bias, Which Is A Practical Choice In Industry That Balances Transmission And Safety.
