Products Description
WH Slider CouplingIt Is A Rigid Movable Coupling That Relies On A Slider To Transmit Torque, Consisting Of Two Half Couplings With Grooves And A Middle Slider. The Half Coupling Is Made Of HT200 Cast Iron Or 45 Steel, With Grooves Distributed In A Cross Shape. The Slider Is Usually Made Of Wear-resistant Cast Iron Or Nylon Material, Embedded In The Groove To Form A Sliding Fit.
During Operation, The Active Half Coupling Pushes The Slider Through The Groove, Which Then Drives The Driven End To Rotate. The Relative Sliding Between The Slider And The Groove Compensates For Radial (≤ 0.5mm) And Angular (≤ 3 °) Offsets, With A Small Axial Offset (≤ 0.2mm). The Transmission Torque Range Is 10~5000N · M, And The Allowable Speed Varies With The Model. The Small Model Can Reach 3000r/min, And The Large Model Is About 800r/min. It Is Suitable For Textile Machinery, Printing Equipment, Small Pumps, Etc.
The Advantage Lies In Its Compact Structure, Low Cost, And The Ability To Replace The Slider Separately After Wear, Making Maintenance Easy; But The Friction Between The Slider And The Groove Will Produce Some Noise, And It Is Necessary To Regularly Add Lubricating Grease. Working Temperature -20 ℃~100 ℃, Nylon Slider Has Poor Oil Resistance And Needs To Avoid Contact With Oil Stains. During Installation, It Is Necessary To Ensure That The Two Shafts Are Basically Aligned To Prevent Excessive Wear Of The Slider, Which Is An Economical Choice For Small And Medium Load Transmission.
